Nut burfi

Badam – 1 cup
Pista – 1 cup
Akroot – 1 cup
Cardomom – 3 pods
Sugar – 3 cups
Ghee – 3 table spoons

How to make it ?

Dry roast the nuts and pwder it coarsely in a blender. Crush the cardomom pods and keep aside. In a wide pan take the sugar and add just enough water till the sugar gets submerged. Let it boil to 3 string consistency. Once the sugar syrup reaches its consistency add the nut powder and cardomom and mix well. Keep mixinging until the content starts leaving the sides. Now add the ghee and switch the stove off.
Take a large tray coat it with ghee and pour this mixture and flatten it with a spatula. Cut into squares once it is cool. Very tasty and nutritious burfi. Very good for lactating mothers.
