My mother Dr.Vasantha is an ardent cook who makes wonderful dishes swiftly but have never recorded them. This site is to record all her culinary skills which she had practised for years of course with love and care.

    i am working on ur moms cooking from time to time.. wow ur mom must have won dads heart with a gold medal cos ‘a way to mans heart is definitely through his stomach’.. those that i cooked really taste super as if i bought them from our local shop. what will people like us to if it is not for angels like you who pass forward these knowledge?
